Go for the Natural!

I was speaking to a friend recently about skin care and noticed how different everyone's daily morning and evening face wash routine was...

Here are some pointers that are recommended by dermatologists.
Of course, everyone has a different skin type so if you know something listed below doesn't work for you, you know what's best for your skin. If there's anything new you haven't thought about or tried, feel free to give it a go!

Caramel Honey Lip Butter
1. Wash your face with lukewarm-cold water in the morning but do not use a face wash. Your skin secretes natural oils and if you wash your face more than 3 times a day, that natural oil is stripped which leads to clogged pores. Clogged pores occur when your skin is trying to create oils for the dry skin you create by washing too frequently.

2. Use toner, sunblock, and moisturizer everyday.
Sunblock seems unnecessary or rainy or winter days but you are always exposed to UV rays. Don't forget your lips need coverage too!

3. Use an exfoliating face wash at least once a week. The little bubbles or grits in your face wash scrub away dead skin cells and allow new skin to grow-- and glow!

4. Try to use all natural products. Too many harsh chemicals can damage your skin. Stick to one product you love and don't play hopscotch with your daily skin routine.

5. You are what you eat. Get plenty of regular rest, water, and healthy foods!

**Natural make up and products will do wonders. Maybe we can go over some fruit/vege face scrubs in the future too!
