Strawberry Picking -- Washington Farms- Pick Your Own

I went strawberry picking for the first time for a good friend! Look at all these delicious and fresh strawberries! You can bring your own bucket to take them home in or buy the one they give you for a $1.

I went ahead and filled my bucket up to the brim for $10 and bought a bucket. You can return with the bucket and not pay for the bucket fee ever again. :)

It was really fun but I recommend going early in the morning so you can pick before noon. It gets so hot by then! Bring a hat, some sunblock, and maybe some bottled water to leave in your car for breaks.

The green fields were overflowing with strawberries-- big and small. You can eat them as you go as well.

Here's a website to pick your own of just about anything!

  1. Yay! I love U-Pick farms! You should totally try the apple ones in Wenatchee in Sept and Oct. So much fun. :D

  2. @Beth Ooh apple farms! Sounds so yummy!
