Staying Hydrated

Hello cutiepies!

Hope everyone is having a good start to their week!

Ah... I'm at crunch time wrapping up my semester which means a lot of stress, poor eating habits, and bad sleeping habits to come. In an attempt to minimize all the above, I am going to stay hydrated and happy as possible.

Yep! I noticed I never get to drink enough water during school days so I'm going to try to work something out to keep myself hydrated. I have this crazy Tuesday with a  3 hour lab (10 minute break in between) and a 2.15 hour class right after that. I get basically no time to eat or go to the bathroom.

:\ I'm going to try to at least drink my whole bottle of water throughout that day since it's super unhealthy to not drink any water for that long of a time span. Remember that 8-10 glasses of water a day is average. I aim for 6-8 and give myself a nice pat on the back if I ever surpass that!

This chart made me cringe because I really know how dehydrated I am when I see this sometimes...

I don't think weight loss should ever be a reason to do anything unless it involves making healthy changes in your life and naturally becoming fit. Never replace water for meals or drink more to feel full and therefore eat less. Your body needs food and water separately.

I wanted to make a video about the best times to drink water eventually so I guess here is a preview!

  2. I'm horrible at drinking enough water but I've been trying my best to drink more. I used to drink a ton of soda but now I only drink it if I go out to eat (which is rare - not even once a week).
