I'm starting off this post with a recent nail art video for those of you who want something fresh and fun but not too overboard with the glitter. I never knew I'd like the glitter trend but I don't like it enough to go all out with it on every nail. So... here are some looks to accomplish quick and glamorous nails without going crazy. :)
Moving on...I recently got to look at some nature artwork I never check up on after creating.
I basically saved up all these flowers and leaves from when I was in elementary school through college for a project like this one day where I can make leaf art.
I only have 3 up in the shop but I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out. Sometimes, I would put too much glue in one spot but nothing was compromised in the process. I think making the wreaths are my favorite... it's like Christmas in the summer.
I also cleaned up a small section of my jewelry supplies and made some classy and fun dangles. I will have to take pictures soon to post these babies. Each are one of a kind and brass toned. I just love that owl on the moon pendant!!
Speaking of which.. I've been using instagram a lot these days to share some random fun and trinkets related goods. This photo above is a recent instagram post. I'm hosting my first giveaway for some handmade earrings as well on it since I reached 100 followers.
If you are interested in entering, just swing by my post.
I will be starting my summer semester with Organic Chemistry today so wish me luck!
And remind yourself that...
