I'm back with a lovely Super Sponsor Shusha Handmade.
Shusha is a hand-made studio that creates fashion accessories for girls and women!
I had the lovely opportunity of reviewing one of Shusha Handmade's work--this lovely coin purse. It came all the way from Israel in perfect condition like so:
Here's what my package looked like. It came in a white envelope. Inside, my rose coin clutch was bubble wrapped with a business card.
The first reaction I had was to the size of my coin purse and the print. I was really drawn to this print because it has a simple vintage feel to it and vintage reminds me of my grandma. She loves flowers too so the roses are a fun burst of color. The random cursive on it is very "me" as well. :)
I immediately opened it of course to get a sense of the snap and size inside. The coin purse was actually just the right size to be a dainty accessory but still fit all of your necessities.
There is one pocket inside for this model so I put all my credit cards there and placed my phone in the main space. My chapstick is swimming somewhere at the bottom but since I'm a light wallet person, this is perfect for me. I can't fit my keys in here because I have pepper spray attached ( ;) ) and also to avoid scratching my phone.
Clutches and purses run from $24-$65 and Shusha Handmade offers international shipping. Some purses come with a chain so you can hang it on your shoulder. Similar styles to my clutch are made with double pockets or for sunglasses as well.
A few things I would have to say is that this coin purse is dressy and fun. There is a dressy feel to it that doesn't work for me in casual clothes. I see it going well with simple dresses or at least a slightly made up outfit. The fabric is beige in my case so I plan on using my little clutch sparingly in a cleanly manner to avoid getting it dirty. I think it's going to be perfect for date nights and events.
I really admired the detail to the sewing on this coin purse. The stitching outside is obviously handmade and done perfectly. Details like this make Shusha Handmade really stand out to me and as I use it, I feel the handmade love.
It's just too cute and classy to not want one of Shusha Handmade's accessories.
That's the end of my review everyone! Moving onto my favorites and interview questions:
|I can't get enough of this floral cotton coin purse! Love the print!!! ($35)|
1. How did your shop get started?
Shoshi: A few years ago I had to stop work for health reasons, and I found the kind of "occupational therapy". In time I gained more and more dolls, bags and wallets that I gave as gifts to friends. When I saw that people like what I make, I decided to open my shop. The shop is called "Shusha" - nickname that stayed with me ever since high school.
