Last Week of Summer School + Updates

Hey guys! I can't believe it but 2 months have already passed and I am finally taking my Chemistry final tomorrow. It's been literally the WORST semester of school in my life but I just kept going and somehow made it here. I wouldn't have been able to get through it without my boyfriend who literally did SO much work/studying with me as I sat there and wanted to cry (or did cry) so... I know you swing by and read my blog: THANK YOU!! <3

Before I start the bulk of my studying, I have been checking emails and updating my blog.
I finally got on spotify and made some chill music playlists to work to. It makes life so much richer with a soundtrack. :)

I have been working hard preparing a huge 1000 follower celebration giveaway party for early August. I still have new sponsors committing and joining the party so I know that everyone will have a lot of fun discovering new shops and winning prizes! Hopefully, the organization process goes well since we are working with a rather large sponsor group. :D

So here are some updates:

I have a little origami star giveaway going on facebook. It's easy entry here.

I'm also putting my original artwork up for sale through my facebook fanpage. It's too much to integrate into my shop and it's also not a big market compared to my jewelry and origami to post up there individually. I have SO much art and I am preparing to apply for Masters programs in the fall so I'm saving for that. :D

I would greatly appreciate it if you swung by and checked out my work or shared it with some interested friends/family. Here it is!

I mainly work with mixed media. I'm a huge watercolor and thin sharpie fan. Can you tell?

I've been spending a lot of time and physically just purging myself/my room of clutter, old things, etc. I recently picked up painting again and it's so much fun. It's so cathartic and I hope you guys enjoy it too. I am retiring origami in my shop but have a lot of paper/stock left. I'm closing that chapter in my art journey and moving onto other projects I have always wanted to pursue with mixed media. It's kind of scary since no one might purchase my wok but I thought why not give it a try! Here's a speed art video of the two constellation pieces I just made!

Thanks for reading guys! I am considering doing a 30 day vlog challenge for my youtube so I'll see how that goes. It sounds fun but it would be really hard too. EEP!

Let me know how you guys are doing~
Happy almost weekend!
